**Summer hours are Monday, May 13 - Friday, August 9, 2013. During this time only the hours "actually worked" on a given day are reported on the semi-monthly timesheet. Any hours worked beyond the "scheduled time" are to be reported on the timesheet and paid through a Form 16.
Example: May 13 – May 31 scheduled hours equal 7 each day
June 3 – August 9 scheduled hours equal 7.5 Monday – Thursday, 5 scheduled hours on Friday
