One school's approach to using problems

At the Republic Polytechnic in Singapore , we make use of problems to structure the learning of the students. They are made to engage with real-world problems and explore possibilities that the problems give rise to. It is believed that deep learning would occur through the self-directed and collaborative style that the problems encourage.

More on Republic Polytechnic's unique pedagogical system as well as some teaching resources and materials can be found here .
